uhhh... thats IF you dont go into boost. you use boost, you use more gas. the more boost zone your in, the more gas you use. expect 450kms with minimal use.

its always mattered in mine. i notice a huge difference between skidding and daily when i was driving my car (coupe) cause the gas gauge works in that car. Then again my speedo/odo arent hooked up so i have no idea what mileage im getting. just seemed to fill it up often.

I just filled up all the time cause I drove fucking everywhere. Skidding depleted gas hardcore too, but that's different.

I miss my black car... I miss money... FML

joe, depending on how you drive it you can get 400-450 a tank on a stock sr.

Seriously? I don't plan on hitting 7k on every shift, I actually shift aroung 3.5. Fuck, I think I will get an SR. Thanks Rylan, what's up with your 240? How's Marvins? Tell Ricky to accept my friend request lol I don't think he knows my full name, ignored me like twice, kinda hurt.

I sold mine to my brother. Picked up an aristo. Marvin's still the same just couple add on parts.

I'll let me brother know lol.

Ya, Leung. I don't even get 500kms with my stock ka, barely 480. Hmmm...I don't plan to boost all the time anyways.

downshift ? or learn to drive.

ots more fun. I swapped it cuz I needed a new thermostat on my KA. and it was burning oil haha

why would u tell the guy to downshift and learn to drive, and you swapped yours out as well AND say its more fun?
a KA is fine for a daily, but its not fun nor interesting to drive. downshifting will get you past only so much... until you have to pass a cock fuck who wont let you in, or starts racing you to make sure you cant get in. yaaaaa... learning to drive can really deal with those guys.

try driving a pick up truck with 620xxxkms that has about 60hp and try to downshift and pass someone. or a festiva with 30hp driving up the malahat to pass someone. you go 120kmhr approaching the hill and by the top your struggling to maintain 80.

you can make the KA work very Well NA, I did for 2 years with just a intake and catback for power adders. I did the SR as I got a good deal on it, and it is more fun. more power options and such. Knowing when to shift and put your foot down has a lot to do with making it work good.

comparing a truck to a car is like comparing apples to mango's. each have a great taste but nowhere close to each other

my KA in my old 240 was great and was the best running and most peppy KA24E i ever drove. ( i drove many Nissans at my old job and have driven a number of 240s). I never said it wasn't up to the task. Like i said, good for a daily but still lacks guts compared to a turbo car where passing is made a lot easier. I added in the fact of my truck cause she still putt putts around with her age showing well. Its also at 621, 1xx kms now. I need momentum to get by anyone on the Malahat :(

+9999 on the passing cars with the KA.

Depends though, sometimes my car will just kick in 5th, no need to down shift and then some days it just doesn't wanna move.
